Meetings at Friends Over Fences this week.

WED, 03-07-18 Friends Over Fences Workshop at Grantham Church 6:00 pm .
Our program for the evening will be a discussion lead by Keith Sultzbaugh on
“The importance of relationships”. Everyone is invited to participate in
the discussion at this meeting. We will also address any questions or
problems you may have concerning prison ministry. We meet at Grantham
Brethren in Christ Church, 421 Grantham Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 .
Remember that the Eat and Run $3.00 Meal at the church has resumed so you
can come between 5:00 and 6:00 pm to eat before the meeting then come to
our meeting that starts at 6:00 pm and goes to 7:30 pm. All are welcome,

MEN !! Order off the menu, Dutch Treat. 10 minute presentation by a
different man each week followed by going around the room for each man to
give his comments or pass. The presentations may be spiritual in nature but
not always. Every Man is invited regardless of his faith, denomination or
relationship with God. This group has been meeting for over 20 years at
various locations. Most of the men are Christian but not all. The current
leader of the group is a blind, messianic Jew. Several returning citizens
are regular attenders. This group has provided mentors, employment and

Roadmap”. Everyone is invited to participate in the discussion at this

Crane. Reese Crane is a former 35 year sex & love and porn addict. He lost
his family, ministry and a number of friends because of his addiction.
After breaking free, Reese decided to become trained as Christian Counselor,
receiving his Bachelor’s in Christian Counseling from the International
Institute of Christian Counseling in Sarasota, FL. He is husband to the
world’s greatest wife, Wendy, and is the father of 3 amazing children. Reese
lives in the Harrisburg, PA area and works with those who struggle with
love, sex and porn addiction as well as failing marriages due to the
influence of pornography and sex addiction. Reese is currently in the
process of receiving his certification as a Sexual Addiction Therapist
through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals.

Our program for the evening will be a presentation by AliceAnne Frost.
AliceAnne is the Chief Executive Officer of The Program, “It’s About
Change”, a 501 ( c ) (3) nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and
encouragement to ex-offenders after incarceration. AliceAnne holds a degree
in Accounting from York College of PA and is currently pursuing her MBA with
a primary focus in nonprofit management. She not only brings with her a vast
knowledge of nonprofit operations and financial expertise but has a passion
for the mission. AliceAnne believes it is the mission of The Program to
empower reentrants with the tools they will need to create better lives
despite prior missteps. The Program’s goal is to ensure that any woman
leaving incarceration knows that The Program is a place to find the help she
needs, either through our services or it’s collaborators. The Mission
Statement of THE PROGRAM is:
To serve and support individuals involved with the criminal justice system,
primarily women and children, to prevent recidivism and promote productive
crime free lives.”

FRIENDS OVER FENCES MEETINGS TONIGHT AND THIS WEEK

Friends, come out to our meetings this week and stay warm !! No meal before
our meeting tonight. It will start again next week. -keith

WED, 01-03-18 Friends Over Fences Workshop at Grantham Church 6:00 pm .
Our program for the evening will be a “Cognitive Decision Making
” by Keith Sultzbaugh. Everyone is invited to participate in the discussion
at this meeting. We will also address any questions or problems you may
have concerning prison ministry. We meet at Grantham Brethren in Christ
Church, 421 Grantham Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 . Remember that the Eat
and Run $3.00 Meal at the church WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THIS WEEK so be sure
to eat supper before you come to the meeting that starts at 6:00 pm and goes
to 7:30 pm. All are welcome, bring a friend. Questions? Call Keith

Sat. 01-06-18 – Men’s Breakfast at John’s Diner located at 146 Sheraton
Drive, New Cumberland, PA (in the private room at the right rear corner of
the restaurant). Held every Saturday morning from 7:15 to 9:00 am, ONLY FOR
MEN !! Order off the menu, Dutch Treat. 10 minute presentation by a
different man each week followed by going around the room for each man to
give his comments or pass. The presentations may be spiritual in nature but
not always. Every Man is invited regardless of his faith, denomination or
relationship with God. This group has been meeting for over 20 years at
various locations. Most of the men are Christian but not all. The current
leader of the group is a blind, messianic Jew. Several returning citizens
are regular attenders. This group has provided mentors, employment and
access to home plans to many returning citizens. Questions? Call Keith

Sun. 01-07-18 – Visitation to Area Churches. Each Sunday we travel to an
area church to explain our prison ministry and see if the church is
interested in starting or expanding their prison ministry. We ask if we

This week at Friends Over Fences

Friends, Come out to our meetings this week and bring a friend. Remember
there is no Eat n Run meal served at the church tomorrow night prior to our
6:00 pm meeting. We had a wonderful meal served on yesterday to those that
had no where to celebrate Christmas ! Thanks to all who contributed money
